LONESOME DOVE RESTAURANT

After being contacted by the staff of Jenkins and Stiles Construction and the staff of Chef Tim Love, we all met to discuss a new restaurant build in the historic Old City in downtown Knoxville.  Chef Tim Love was opening a new restaurant called Lonesome Dove in the iconic Patrick Sullivans building.  We were asked to make a massive live edge bartop in white ash.The same material would be used to construct a hostess stand, custom dining tables, mantles, chef table and even modify the existing “Penny Bart Top” which so many Knoxvillians know.  After a lot of sanding, planning and finishing, all the pieces were delivered and installed.  The end result was incredible.  It was a pleasure to work with such great clients and to be a part of the revival of such a wonderful part of Knoxville history.  Lastly, if you haven’t tried Lonesome Dove, the food is amazing!  We highly recommend you get down there.  ASAP
