SWEET P’S BBQ

One thing Knoxvillians know is good BBQ.  Over the years, we have become good friends with Chris and Jonathan Ford at Sweet P’s BBQ.  I was pumped when they needed tables for both locations they own.  Chris is always up to do funky projects and his restaurants reflect his style and love for music.  At the lakeside location in south Knoxville, we submerged vinyl record covers into epoxy to create a clear table that displayed his favorite genres of music.  The tables displayed some great classics and definitely unique for Sweet P’s ambiance.  At the downtown location, we created stripes out of 10 different woods for the table tops.  We also used cold rolled steel to create panels in the dining walls also adding a little industrial look.  Some church pews were located and cut down to be used as booth settings.  Needless to say, this was a super fun project for some great guys and we were grateful to work on such as awesome Knoxville staple for BBQ.  You must get to Sweet P’s if you haven’t tried it.  I promise you won’t be disappointed.  Be sure and save some banana pudding and mac-n-cheese for us.
